Fasori Reformed Church
Fasori Reformed Church: Art Nouveau church near the City Park
The Fasori Reformed Church is located in the part of the Városliget alley close to City Park.
The Art Nouveau style church was built between 1911-13. The Fasori Reformed Church was built according to the plans of Aladár Árkay.
The pyrogranite cladding inspired by Hungarian folk art was made in the Zsolnay factory in Pécs, and the stained glass windows were created by the famous glass painter Miksa Róth.
The church can be visited during the ceremonies, but the ceramic-decorated main entrance of the building is worth admiring at any time.
