What is private transfer

Private transfer is transport only for you and for your friends from / to airport to one address. You will not share your car with other passangers, and do not have to wait for other passanger arrivals.

I can't select my address. What should I do?

To select your destination address please type the address with street number. And after select it from the list. Our system cannot accept addresses without street number. Also you can type the hotel name. Please note in case of private addresses do not type the fantasy name of the apartment, the street name and street number is sufficient.

Our standard luggage allowance is 1 bag or suitcase with a maximum combined size of 140cm (Height+Width+Length) as well as 1 small hand bag per passenger. If you think you require more space, please contact our customer service team to reserve a larger vehicle. Child seats, when booked, will be provided whenever possible. However, there are rare instances when unexpected circumstances may prevent child seats from being supplied. If this is the case, please contact us as you will be eligible for a full refund for the cost of the seats not provided.

Our group arrive with 2 flights. Can I book one vehicule?

Our transfer prices only valid for one arrival flight. If you wish to mix 2 flights, please write us an email for price request.

We need 2 stops drop off transfer

Our fixed prices only valid for 1 stop transfers. 2 stops transfer also possible, but extra fee applicable.

I didn't get a confirmation email, what happened?

Our system send the conifrmation email automaitcally maximum 5 minutes after the reservation made. Please also check your spam folder, as sometimes e-mails can get stuck there. If cannot find it, please contact us and we'll make sure you receive all of the details about your booking.

How can I change, cancel my reservation?

Any modifications to your reservation must be emailed to us a minimum of 32 hours before your scheduled transfer and are subject to approval. Cancellations must be emailed to us a minimum of 24 hours before the day of your transfer. Please note that all communication, including modifications and cancellations, must be made directly through our office via telephone or email. Where do I go when I arrived to Budapest Airport?

After your group has collected their luggage and passed customs, the driver will meet you in the arrivals hall. He/She will be holding a sign with the Lead Passenger’s name. Please do not exit the building or go outside. If a member of your party gets held up at baggage claim or customs, please send one of your group members to advise the driver or call us on our 24/7 Assistance Line: +36-70-776-1217. The driver will wait for a maximum of 1 hour after your flight arrival.

My flight delay. What I have to do?

Our drivers monitoring the online flight informations, and wait till your flight land in Budapest. In case of extreme delay (more than 4 hours), please reconfirm you will still travel.

I missed my connection flight. What I have to do?

If you arrive to Budapest with different flight, please contact us immediately, and we try to find available car for your new flight.

Where will I be dropped off?

We offer only door-to-door services, therefore you will be picked up and dropped off at the address that you specify on the booking. Should the address not be reachable, the drop off and pickup point will be at the nearest point available.
