Little Princess Statue: an iconic statue of Budapest on the banks of the Danube
The statue of the Little Princess sits on the fence of the tram in the square in front of the Vigadó.
The original sculpture was made in 1972 by László Marton. The original statue was only 50 cm high. In 1990, when the decision was made to erect the Danube bank, a larger copy of the statue was made.
